Heros base attribute hp atk etc x item buff value 10 20 etc bonus attribute. The stats and unique ability are upgraded through enhancement. This slot is for signature items which give heroes bonus stats and a unique ability. Every level up increases stat boosts by a fixed amount and every 10 level ups. We only need to balance the hero tier list with lvl 123 signature items.
